The Agency shall undertake all powers necessary to achieve its aims, including in particular Publishing such information, reports, studies and recommendations that assist the Electric Utility and the consumers in understanding their rights and responsibilities and as well as the role played by the Agency for the Electric Utility, with full transparency.
