The Agency shall undertake all powers necessary to achieve its aims, including in particular Publishing such Hearing Sessions, Issued Licenses, Training Courses, Workshops  and All related Issues that assist the Electric Utility and the consumers in Being Aware with all news in the Agency and as well as the role played by the Agency for the Electric Utility.
