• Upon the perusal of the presidential decree, the Agency is responsible for the Issuing licenses for the construction, management, operation, and maintenance of the electric power generation, transmission, distribution, and sale projects.

• The Agency prepared documents of conditions, procedures, application for granting licenses for the management operation and maintenance of projects consisting of electric power generation, transmission, distribution and sale, as well as for reviewing these licenses.
 

• All these documents had been approved by the Board of Directors.
