Send your complaint online to the Agency

 

First:

The customers must complain first to the concerned company and if they could not find a solution then the agency shall start looking into the complaint according to the presidential Decree no.339/2000 and it is a must to attach the following with the complaint: Copy of the complaint submitted to distribution / transmission companies Copy of it's relevant reply

Second:

You can send a complaint to the agency by using one of the following choices: Coming to the agency residency and apply the complaint form and submit it to the appropriate department Download the complaint form from the agency official website then apply and send it to the agency by registered mail, e-mail, fax, or deliver by hand at the agency residency Using  the online electronic complaint form at the agency official website
